Marine Conservation

The beach and its reefs are protected since 2000. Together with the Indonesian government a marine park has been established. The resort has a task to patrol in the whole area, and to observe that nobody is fishing within the park. Additionally, a fee is collect from every diver, which goes directly to the fishermen of the villages in the area.
