The Ocean Dancer has been built to suit the highest standard of service for the diving market. The construction of Ocean Dancer began in Feb. of 2004 and is now ready to cruise the pristine waters of the Maldives. Designed and built to meet the highest standards in the liveaboard industry, the Ocean Dancer welcomes guests to explore some of the best dive sites in the world with the luxury and comfort you've come to expect from Peter Hughes Diving.

The vessel offers accommodation for 16 guests in air-conditioned cabins with en-suite bathrooms. Diving takes place from a separate, dive support vessel to maximize comfort and safety. You will find good facilities for photographers and videographers,

Diving:

In the many atolls of the Maldives there is no end to the number of different dive sites with still many more to be discovered. On a 7 night trip, you will visit the following:

North Male Atoll: Lion's Head - Wattaru Kandu - Lankanfinolhu Faru (Manta Point)

South Male Atoll: Cocoa Thila - Guraidhoo Kandu South

Ari Atoll: Kudarah Thila - Hukrueli Faru (Madivaru)

On top of spectacular topography, you can expect to see schooling grey reef sharks, superb soft corals and a mass of colourful reef life. There are caves and overhangs, a huge variety of invertebrates and fish, such as the unusual leaf fish and the false stone fish. Hawksbill turtles are common, as well as trevallies, tuna and eagle rays. You will find stingrays in the sand on the channel floor, white tip reef sharks and a meadow of garden eels among other creatures.

Flights from London or Manchester to Malé, UK airport taxes, 7 nights on board the M/V Ocean Dancer, all meals and non-alcoholic beverages (beer and wine are served at dinner only), airport transfers in Male, 5½ days of diving up to three dives per day plus two night dives weekly (depending upon itinerary), other standard Dancer Fleet services and amenities. Other alcoholic beverages are available and may be purchased separately. Port charge and fuel surcharge included.
