Hike or take a scenic drive up to Fort Frederic where the sunset is unsurpassed and one of the best in the Caribbean.

Apart from Grande Anse, two of the most beautiful beaches are without a doubt "Petit Bacaye" and "La Sagesse" on the south coast on the way to St. David.

For those out and about in car, go and have lunch in one of the Plantation Houses (Helvellyn or Morne Fendue) in the north of the island near Sauteur, which offer good local food in a spectacular setting with fantastic views.
